This is termed to be tough but is very handy in developing reflexes. Sits-ups must be done as soon as double under skipping is finished.
·         Fast run coupled with pull-ups: One could do pull-ups and accordingly after that, this could be done in a combination. After you have performed for a long term, see whether the number of pull-ups have increased or decreased.
·         Thrusters and pull-ups: This is to be performed repeatedly and routinely. Initially same number of thruster and pull-ups are to be done and then repeat the same each day with lesser number.
·         Burpee: Burpee is a term that refers to a type of pushup that comprises of elevation or a jump. It is bit tough for the women but is regarded best for improving endurance and the cardiovascular strength in general.
